Terms and Conditions – done55 Betting Platform Rules

1. Definitions

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below when used in reference to done55 and its services.

If any term is not defined here, its meaning will be understood in the context of the done55 platform and standard industry practice for online betting and casino services.

2. Eligibility to Use done55

To register and use done55, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. done55 does not permit access to any of its products by persons under 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be the individual creating and using the account – done55 accounts may not be created or operated on behalf of another person.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who are legally incapacitated are not eligible to use done55.

• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have an active voluntary exclusion from done55 in place.

By creating an account on done55, you confirm that all eligibility requirements are met. done55 reserves the right to request documentation at any point to confirm eligibility and will act on information that suggests a player does not meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Rule

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on done55. Operating multiple accounts – whether in your own name, under different details, or in combination with other persons – is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any pending withdrawals and promotional balances.

3.2 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering on done55. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, contact number, and email address. You must update your account details promptly if any of this information changes.

3.3 Account Security

Your done55 account login credentials are your sole responsibility. You must keep your password confidential and must not share account access with any other person. done55 will not be held responsible for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain reasonable security over your login details. 3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

done55 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Before processing withdrawals above a defined threshold, done55 may request copies of identity documents including a valid Pakistani national identity card (CNIC), proof of address, or evidence of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal capability until verification is complete.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Currency

All deposits, bets, game transactions, and withdrawals on done55 are denominated exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion charges applied by done55.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods

done55 currently accepts the following deposit and withdrawal methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards. done55 may add or remove payment methods at its discretion with reasonable notice to players.

4.3 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit on done55 is Rs 500. No maximum deposit limit is set at the platform level, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. Players may set personal deposit limits from the responsible gaming section of their account dashboard at any time.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless that method does not support outgoing transfers.
• done55 does not charge fees on withdrawals. Third-party payment providers may apply their own charges, which are outside done55's control.

4.5 Prohibited Transactions

done55 accounts may not be used as financial transfer instruments. Deposits must be followed by genuine betting or gaming activity. Depositing and withdrawing funds without material play, or using the done55 platform to move money between payment methods, is prohibited and may result in account suspension and reversal of transactions.

5. Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet placed on done55 is only accepted once you receive a confirmation notification from the platform. done55 reserves the right to refuse any bet without providing a reason. The minimum bet on all done55 sports markets is Rs 200.

5.2 Finality of Placed Bets

Once a bet has been confirmed by done55, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. The only exception is the Cash Out function, where available, which allows early settlement at the current market price before an event concludes.

5.3 Odds Changes

Odds on done55 are subject to change at any time before bet confirmation. The odds displayed on your bet slip at the moment of confirmation are the odds that will apply to your bet. done55 is not responsible for odds changes that occur between the moment you view a market and the moment you confirm your bet.

5.4 Void Bets

Certain events may result in a bet being voided and the stake returned. 5.5 In-Play Betting

In-play betting markets on done55 are subject to live suspension and closure at any point during an event. done55 accepts no responsibility for bets placed in error during periods of rapid score change. Settlement of in-play markets follows the outcome at the time the market closes.

6. Casino and Live Games

6.1 Game Availability

The done55 casino and live casino sections are available to all registered players who have passed relevant eligibility and verification requirements. Game availability may vary based on technical maintenance, provider restrictions, or platform updates. done55 may remove or modify games at any time.

6.2 Random Number Generation

All done55 casino games powered by electronic random number generation use certified RNG technology from licensed game providers. The outcome of each game round is independent of all previous rounds. done55 does not manipulate game outcomes.

6.3 Live Casino

Live casino games on done55 are streamed in real time from professional studio environments. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, done55 will settle the round based on the recorded outcome from the live stream. 6.4 Malfunction

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 Eligibility for Bonuses

Where a promotion is described as available to "new players", it applies only to players registering for the first time. 7.2 Wagering Requirements

8. Responsible Gaming

• Loss Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the maximum net loss you are willing to incur.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on done55 and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on done55, whether under your own details or false information.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at registration or at any subsequent point.
• Attempting to access done55 services when under the age of 18.
• Using any software, bot, algorithm, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage in betting markets or casino games on done55.

11. Account Suspension and Closure

11.1 Suspension by done55

done55 may suspend or restrict a player's account at any time if it has reasonable grounds to believe that a violation of these Terms has occurred or is in progress, that there is suspicious activity on the account, or that the player's use of the platform is exposing done55 to regulatory, legal, or financial risk. done55 will provide an explanation where it is legally and operationally possible to do so.

11.2 Closure by the Player

Players may close their done55 account at any time by contacting done55 support at support@done55.wine. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding active bonuses) will be returned to the player's verified payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and review of pending transactions.

11.3 Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months is considered dormant. done55 will notify the player by email at least 30 days before applying any dormancy policy to the account balance. Players who re-activate a dormant account before the dormancy period concludes will have their balance maintained in full.

12. Limitation of Liability

done55 provides its platform and services on an "as available" basis. While done55 takes reasonable steps to maintain platform availability and accuracy of information, it does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation at all times.

done55 is not liable for losses arising from: circumstances beyond its reasonable control including server outages, internet connectivity failures, or force majeure events; player decisions regarding betting or gaming activity; incorrect information provided by the player; or any loss of opportunity arising from platform downtime.

Where done55's liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, it is limited to the total amount deposited by the player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Pakistani law.

13. Amendments to These Terms

done55 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a change is material – meaning it significantly affects player rights or platform obligations – done55 will provide at least 14 days' notice via email to all registered players before the change takes effect.

Minor or clarificatory changes may be made without advance notice. The current version of the Terms, with its effective date, will always be available on the done55 platform at /terms-conditions.

Your continued use of done55 after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any change, you may close your account in accordance with Section 11.2 before the changes take effect.
